Northwest District

The Florida Department of Health in Leon County offers free or low-cost mammograms through their 3D Mammogram Bus, as well as free or low-cost cervical cancer screenings at their clinics. The Florida Lung Health Coalition offers free low-dose CT scans for lung cancer screening to eligible individuals aged 50–80 with a significant smoking history. Details are available on the Florida Lung Health Coalition website .

The Northwest Florida Gastroenterology Center in Panama City offers free or reduced-cost screening colonoscopies for eligible individuals. Visit the Northwest Florida Gastroenterology Center page to find a provider and check eligibility criteria .

Woodlands Medical Specialists in Pensacola provides free mammograms for uninsured or low-income residents. Services include screening, diagnostic, and ultrasound mammograms. More information is available on the Woodlands Medical Specialists website .

Northeast District

The University of Florida Mobile Cancer Screening Connector provides free screenings for breast, cervical, skin, colorectal, and other cancers. The program also assists participants in finding financial assistance resources. You can view their event schedule on the UF Cancer Center Events Calendar .
Note: Low-income individuals aged 50–64 living in Alachua or Putnam County may qualify for free screenings. Prostate cancer screenings are available for men over 50, with priority given to those with a family history.

UF Health Jacksonville periodically hosts free breast cancer screening events, including physical breast exams and consultations with specialists. Visit the UF Health Jacksonville Events Page for upcoming opportunities.

Pink Ribbon Jax, in partnership with Baptist Health, offers up to 3,500 free mammograms each year for uninsured individuals aged 40 and above in the greater Jacksonville area. Learn more on the Pink Ribbon Jax website .

Volunteer in Medicine Jacksonville (VIM Jax) provides free cancer screenings—including mammograms, colonoscopies, Pap tests, and skin cancer checks—for low-income, uninsured working adults. VIM Jax partners with Baptist Health, Mayo Clinic, and others. Visit their services page for more information.

The MASS Program (Mammograms After Sunday Service), offered by The Beautiful Gate Inc., provides free 3D mammograms and breast health education to uninsured and underinsured women in Florida, including events in Gainesville. Central East District

Libby’s Legacy Breast Cancer Foundation: Mammogram Access Project (M.A.P.) In partnership with the Women’s Center for Radiology, this mobile unit provides free and low-cost mammograms and follow-up breast health services to underserved and uninsured women in the Central Florida community. Project Think Pink – We Care of Central Florida (Polk County only) Project Think Pink offers free mammograms and diagnostic breast care services to uninsured and underserved men and women in Polk County. More details are available on the We Care website or by calling (863) 662-4227.

Orlando Health: Free Head and Neck Cancer Screenings Orlando Health provides free head and neck cancer screenings on a first-come, first-served basis—no appointment necessary. Visit the Orlando Health event page or call 321.843.7021 for more information.

Moffitt Cancer Center offers routine free screenings for various cancers, including:

AdventHealth West Florida: Mobile 3D Mammography Bus This mobile unit provides advanced 3D breast cancer screenings throughout the Tampa Bay area. Services are available to both insured and uninsured women, with financial assistance for those who qualify. The Beautiful Gate Inc.: MASS Program (Tampa only) The Mammograms After Sunday Service (MASS) program provides free 3D mammograms and breast health education to uninsured women aged 40–64 in Tampa. Eligibility includes income and residency requirements. Learn more on the MASS Program webpage .

Lisa Boccard Breast Cancer Fund – Broward Health This fund offers free mammograms and breast treatments to eligible women in Broward County. Services are available through the Women's Diagnostic & Wellness Center at Broward Health Coral Springs. Visit the Broward Health website or call (954) 346-5722. Note: Be sure to mention the Lisa Boccard Breast Cancer Fund when calling about a free mammogram.

Palm Beach Health Network: Free Colorectal Cancer Screening Kits The Palm Beach Health Network provides free colorectal cancer screening kits to eligible individuals. Learn more on the Palm Beach Health website or call (888) 318-0764.

Southwest District

Moffitt Cancer Center – Fort Myers & Naples Moffitt Cancer Center extends its services to Southwest Florida through its Fort Myers and Naples locations, offering cancer screenings and treatments to the local community. Learn more on the Moffitt Cancer Center website or call 1-844-224-0679.

Partners for Breast Cancer Care, Inc. This organization offers free breast health services, including mammograms, to uninsured and underserved individuals in Lee, Hendry, Glades, Collier, and Charlotte counties. Visit the Florida Breast Cancer Foundation website to learn more.

Florida Viral Hepatitis and Response Program
This program provides 15 counties (Alachua, Bay, Broward, Collier, Duval, Escambia, Lee, Miami-Dade, Monroe, Okeechobee, Orange, Palm Beach, Pinellas, Polk, and Seminole) with funding to provide free or low-cost hepatitis vaccinations for high-risk individuals.
